Magnolia Smoke operates as a half resale and consignment, half boutique business, offering unique, curated fashion pieces with a western/boho aesthetic. All items sold are pre-loved or new, as specified in each product listing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

3. Sales and Payment

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on resale or consignment items. Boutique items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days if unworn, with tags attached.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are in USD.

4. Consignment Policy

  • Consignors must sign a separate consignment agreement outlining the terms of item acceptance, pricing, and payout.
  • Magnolia Smoke reserves the right to determine the pricing of consignment items based on condition, brand, and demand.
  • Payouts are made monthly once items are sold, and consignors receive a percentage as outlined in the consignment agreement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via standard shipping methods.
  • Magnolia Smoke is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
  • Boutique items with any longer TAT will be stated and that timeframe holds, if it goes beyond TAT your order will be refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

Magnolia Smoke is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs are the property of Magnolia Smoke and may not be reproduced without permission.
