Refunds & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We do not offer free returns or exchanges. The only exception for this is if you reach out via our store email at: shopmagnoliasmoke@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once item return is reviewed, it will be PER the owner's decision to issue store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
